One effervescent tablet contains 1000 mg of vitamin C (1250 % NRV) which contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C has a role in normal energy-yielding metabolism and reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases iron absorption and contributes to normal collagen formation  for the normal function of bones, cartilage, gums, teeth, skin and blood vessels.
