One effervescent tablet contains 1000 mg of vitamin C (1250 % NRV) and 15 mg of zinc which contribute to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal collagen formation. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, hair, nails, skin and vision. Tablets are taken in the dose of 1 tablet a day, dissolved in a glass of water. Sugar – free.
